October Technical Session

Celina Hwang, SR Research Analyst North American Crude Oil Markets, IHS Markit will present on North American Oilsands Markets withn the topic of "The Canadian Production Shut-In." Celina is focused on western Canadian crude oil market, particularly supply, oil sands economics, and extractive technologies. Prior to joining IHS Markit, she was a market analyst at Cenovus Energy concentrating on US tight oil supply & development and global macroeconomics. Celina has also worked as a market analyst at TransCanada Pipelines centered on Canadian mainline capacity maintenance & market drivers. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics with a concentration in energy economics from the University of Calgary. **Our technical sessions are open to our members and prospective members only.
