About the Event
Celina Hwang is the Senior Research Analyst, North American Crude Oil Markets, with IHS Markit. Her Technical Session talk will focus on Curtailment. Ms. Hwang is based in Calgary and is focused on western Canadian crude oil market, particularly supply, oil sands economics, and extractive technologies. Prior to joining IHS Markit, Ms. Hwang was a market analyst at Cenovus Energy concentrating on US tight oil supply and development and global macroeconomics. Ms. Hwang has also worked as a market analyst at TransCanada Pipelines centered on Canadian mainline capacity maintenance and market drivers. Ms. Hwang holds an undergraduate degree in economics with a concentration in energy economics from the University of Calgary.
