February 2021 Technical Session

Clark is a Managing Director in Credit Origination at TD Securities in Calgary, Alberta. Clark joined TD Securities’ New York Corporate Finance team in 1994 and held roles of increasing responsibility in the Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, and Sponsor Coverage teams, focused primarily on Energy, Media, Telecommunications & Communications, and Leveraged Buyout transactions. In 2003, Clark returned to Calgary to assist with the establishment of TD’s Energy Trading business. In 2005, Clark joined TD Securities’ Credit Origination team in Calgary and is currently responsible for the corporate banking relationship for a wide range of oil and gas and energy companies. Clark has extensive experience leading corporate banking, project finance, and M&A finance transactions in both Canada and the U.S. Clark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
